First, the guy that came out yesterday and installed the anchor did an awesome job!!! After digging the first foot myself and seeing 1 cable line, 2 phone lines and 2 irrigation lines, I did not know if he'd be able to dig without me trying to get lines moved first (especially the irrigation). I thought the best case scenario, if he could dig, was that he'd have to cut the phone lines and maybe the cable line for sure. I know it took him a long time, but I still can't believe he was able to dig without cutting a single line and still get the base installed. Most people at the very least, would have cut the phone and cable lines without worrying about it and made it my problem. I was very impressed that he took pride in his job and gave it his best shot at not cutting a single line despite how long it took him to do so. He didn't have to do that and yet he did. Too often people only hear about the bad, I wanted to make sure you heard about the good. I was very impressed at what he was able to do!!!!!
